I'm trying to get out of a contract for an apartment I'm renting. 106 Monroe St #10 Santa Clara CA 95050 My goal is to have my last day be October 31, 2020, but am willing to leave beginning of October too. I will pay for your first month so your first month will be free. Will be cleaned by company before moving in. Was told by the manager I can get out of the contract if someone eligible can take over. The contract runs through March 2021, then it's month to month. The manager said you must have good credit. Right now I pay $1,800 a month for 1 bed/ bath.
