Mountain Haus Apartments consists of two separate buildings: Mountain Haus #1 offers a lease where the heat is included in rent. It also has a basement where tenants store their bikes & where tenants can rent storage units. The building has a laundry room on each floor. They are free to use and operate 24/7. Utilities: Everything except internet, cable & electricity is included. Mountain Haus #2: Apartments are hooked up to heat pumps and units have mini-splits for AC/Heat. Tenants pay for heating & cooling as well as for hot water. These apartments are also equipped with their own washer & dryer. This building offers no basement or storage units. Instead, tenants have to store their bikes in a separate bike-storage facility outside the building. Utilities: Internet, cable, electricity, heat/AC & hot water NOT included in rent. Both buildings have an elevator and EV charging. Both buildings are pet friendly. High-speed fiber optic internet available. The property manager lives on-site. Both buildings have camera surveillance. Utilities included in rent for both buildings are parking, trash/recycle/compost, mowing, plowing, sewerage, water. Tenants in Mountain Haus #1 do not pay for heat. 12-month lease. Pets are allowed with a deposit. 1st month's rent + security deposit. No subletting/short-term renting allowed.
