Upstairs 2 bedroom 1 bathroom apartment located right off of N. 1st Ave. in Evansville, IN. The monthly rent includes water, sewer and trash. The tenant is responsible for their own electric. Small pets are welcome with an additional pet fee. All prospective tenants 18+ are required to complete an application. Our application fee is $50 per adult. Minimum of a one-year lease agreement. First months rent and deposit is due at lease signing. Second months rent would be pro-rated. Pets may be allowed with an additional non-refundable pet deposit of $350 OR $35 per month (please refer to property policy).
