106 N Main, Mulhall, OK 73063

Originally built as Oklahoma State Bank, it is recorded as the second oldest bank building in Oklahoma and listed on the Oklahoma Registry of Historic Buildings. It survived an F5 tornado in 1999 and a fire in 2009. Before the fire it was used as part of the iconic Lucille’s Restaurant. The upstairs has been everything to a Dr.’s office in the early 1900’s to an apartment in later years. After the fire we had to replace the entire ceiling joists between the first and second floor. So there is new joists and flooring for the second floor in addition to a whole new build out on the second floor. The original first floor had so much damage to the flooring that it was removed and we had concrete floors poured. This building / residence has been completely restored. New plumbing, new electrical, new zoned heat and air with separate thermostats (wifi controled), and all new double pane windows. No detail has been overlooked. How exciting to live in a piece of history.
