Damage deposit of one month's rent due at lease signing. First and last rent due November 20. Reduced rent of $1150/mo plus 1/3 Utilities for being responsible for snow shoveling, and taking out the trash and recycling. Looking for a roommate who will shovel the small driveway daily/ as needed. December through April. No room shares or couples please. Non-cigarette smoker and no pets please as we have a dog.
