The room to be rented is 11 ft. by 9.5 ft. with an 8 ft. by 2.2 ft. closet, which includes one 8 ft. upper rack, a queen size bed, dresser, end table and a desk. There are two new full size refrigerators in the kitchen. It is full house privileges and there is a washer and dryer. The house does have central air and a heat pump as well. I do prefer a responsible, clean person and no drugs, smoking or "excessive" drinking in the house or anywhere on the property. RENT REFUND: If rent is paid on time every month and not a day late, then every six months a 6% DISCOUNT of the full balance of rent paid for the previous six months will be refunded. Rent does include ALL utilities. Lessee will need to sign a month to month rental agreement, submit a valid drivers license, produce at least two references and provide a $600 security deposit to secure the room.
