There are 3 off street parking spaces and a long but narrow U shaped yard around the sides and back of the house with big trees. There are four large bedrooms and two full baths. Each bedroom has a closet and there are a huge hall closet and a laundry closet as well. There is a handsomely framed "pass through" that opens up the dining/kitchen area to the living room. Most of the floors are wood but two of the bedrooms have beige carpet. We are considering changing the carpet to wood. There is a laundry nook in the kitchen and a washer and a dryer are provided. The kitchen includes a GAS range!, lots of cabinets and counter space, a dishwasher and a refrigerator. There is a small patio and a gardening space off the kitchen deck. Renter pays for all utilities. Pet fees: a cat is $150 and a small to medium dog is $300.
