Incredibly charming cottage, perfect any time of the year! Located in a quiet, beautiful Black Mountain neighborhood and conveniently located close to the equally charming downtown (1 mile), where you'll find great restaurants, unique art, fantastic shops, friendly people, and walkability. The Cottage on Cotton is a sweet sanctuary, nestled among tall trees and tucked back from the street. You'll have everything you need to feel right at home. There's no shortage of things to do during your visit. Whether you want to explore Black Mountain and nearby Asheville, hit the trails, hear live music, sample local beer, or sit out on the deck and enjoy the mountain air, there's something for everyone! The house is currently available and open for March, beginning of April, the second half of June, July, August, and September of 2023. Leases run from 30-90 days with the possibility of an extension. I spend several months a year living outside of NC and want you to enjoy my home while I am away. Dates are often negotiable so don't hesitate to ask if the available dates listed aren't what you need. The monthly rate is $1997 per month and includes lawn care, electricity, trash collection, water, and internet as long as the usage charges stay within the normal range. Excessive overages will be taken out of the deposit. Weekly rates can be negotiated. There is a $150 cleaning fee required for each stay, this will come out of the deposit. Pets require a non-refundable pet deposit of $200. There is no laundry on site but there is a clean coin laundry close by that provides reasonable prices for dropoff wash and fold service.
