I have an extra bedroom to rent out in my duplex. Which is located in Ashland. Unfortunately you will be sharing a bathroom. No worries extremely clean and also a requirement. There is a washer and dryer in the unit also a dishwasher a large back yard and a garage but I do park in it at night. But plenty of street parking. Ashland is a small quiet town and so is the neighborhood. No drama and a background check will be required. I have one other person renting a room in the place and he is a retired veteran. I am in the medical field and work quite a bit. I have a dog and he is in my room when I am not at home. The place will be available until the 3 of April. Rent is 425 a month a flat fee of 600 a month that includes utilities and of course that includes internet WiFi. It is a month to months lease. I have one dog and when I am not there he is in my room. There will be a background check done. Nether one of us who are there are loud and both quite and respectful of each others privacy and expect the same. To move on it is a flat fee of 625 which covers your first month rent and utilities.
