Freshly painted unit. New cabinets in kitchen area. Bathroom also has new cabinet and shower. There are only two other units. No one is above or below you. Parking available on property. Located between the ocean and the river. Very quite area. Owner pays for water , gas and pest control. We have a 7 month lease at first. After 6 months you can sign for another 7 months or a year. We also do a small back ground check with application fee ($55 per adult) Pets are allowed but with certain breed and weight. Unit comes with blinds in all windows, and all light bulbs are installed. (one time only you have to replace if damaged while you are there) If rent is late there will be a $100 late fee applied . The other half of security deposit will be put on a 4 month payment plan when you sign lease.
