The master bedroom features a queen bed and a twin rollaway, while the second bedroom offers a full over twin bunk. For your safety and protection, some properties have cameras installed outside. Surveillance cameras are not inside any of our properties. Beach towels are not provided. From March 1st to May 1st, the minimum age requirement for check-in is 25 years old. No smoking in the unit or on the balcony is allowed, and any violation of the smoking policy will incur a $250 fine plus cleaning costs necessary to remove smoke odors from the unit and linens. Quiet hours are observed from 10 pm to 8 am, and violators will be charged a $200 fine. The condominium association has a strict no pets policy, which applies to emotional support animals as they are not covered by ADA. Only ADA-compliant service dogs are allowed according to Federal Law. We are not responsible for any accidents, injuries, or stolen or damaged items that occur while on the premises, its facilities, or parking lots. A state identification card or driver's license copy will be requested upon booking. The traveler must be at least 22 years of age to make a reservation. No parties or events are allowed, and violators will be charged a $500 fine.
