Very close to the Crestview and Highland Stations for the MetroRail, very close to a lot of great restaurants nearby on Lamar and Airport, far enough/close enough to I-35 access, and the downtown and UT campus drives aren't bad. Also very easy to jump on to 183 near Lamar and head north if that's what you need to do. The neighborhood is relatively quiet, lots of young families, some students, and some long time residents. A little old school Austin, and a little new Austin. You'll dig it. Rent is $2550/month, does not include utility bills. 12 month lease. Dogs are allowed, but must be approved. If approved, a separate $200 non-refundable pet deposit is required for each pet. If you have questions, please don't hesitate to ask. Pictures will be updated with new appliances, wood fence, and new shower when they are completed. *NOTE- we will not be able to show the house until after April 23rd.
