That way if you are unhappy here you do not have to stay. And if I'm unhappy with you living here I do not have to be unhappy for a years lease. This is my guest cottage on my property that I live at. The grounds are shared along with the dock, fire pit driveway etc. It is a single house with its own utilities to be paid by the tenant, electricity, gas heat, stove. Available now!
