Two bedrooms in a spacious home. Easy access to many Texas hot spots including Austin, San Antonio, Dripping Springs, Wimberly, New Braunfels, Lockhart. Rooms can be rented together or separately. Full access to Kitchen, living room, loft, laundry, private room and bathroom shared with other tenants. No smokers. I actually have three rooms I can rent out. Room 1 and 3 are $700 a room per month with a 6 month lease, and if you want room 2 as well it would be an additional $300, or we can all use it as storage. I am willing to do a month to month lease for an addition $200 a month, but would prefer a minimum of a 6 month lease. You have the choice of on street parking or parking in the drive way. All utilities will be split equally between all tenants. These include Electric, Water/Trash, Gas, and Internet. If all tenants agree a cleaning service can be hired for the entire home or just the common areas and included as a monthly utility and split equally. You would be required to maintain the condition of the home and pay for any damages you cause. Renters insurance will be required.
