Perfect for those working in the medical field. We only rent these in 3-4 month blocks and no more or less. There is no smoking on the entire premises. These are 3-4 month leases only, no acception. Pet fee is $20 per month and requires a $500 damage deposit (totally refundable if no damage occur).
