I will be ending my lease early as of the end of October, and finding a new tenant will help to avoid the villa going uninhabited. Please note that I am not the landlord, and you will still have to go through the application and leasing process with the owners, River Oaks Properties. This is an incredible property and I wouldn't consider leaving if I hadn't found new work elsewhere. Community is very quiet, great neighbors, very secure. Landlord is very friendly and quick to resolve repairs. Walking distance to the WW Knight Nature Preserve and Woodlands Park. Wrap-around counter tops with plenty of storage. --Deep pantry with own door and auto-light --Refrigerator (w/ ice maker), Stove, Dish Washer, Microwave included Villas in the community are mirrored side-by-side, so you share one wall with a neighboring villa. These units are built very well and I've never heard any sounds coming through the wall. Max of 2 cats/dogs allowed, contingent on landlord approval. As with most rentals, an additional fee/deposit applies per pet. Since this is in the township and not the city, there is a flat monthly fee for water and trash.
