Section 8 Welcome The house recently passed Sec8 inspecton. The deal fell through with the tenant( she would not turn the gas on).It features large bedrooms with newly redone wood floors and is freshly painted. I am installing a new furnace, water heater, kitchen cabinets. The basement has a lot of storage space and will include a washer and dryer. There are 2 full bathrooms.
