It is within 2 blocks distance to all major public transit and the 10 & 405 freeways. Conveniently located close distances from Santa Monica College, UCLA, and West LA College. Grocery stores and other shopping are nearby, as well as restaurants. We are looking to rent out an extra bedroom to a respectful, quiet, clean female student. The bedroom has 2 large closets for storage as well as lovely windows looking out into the backyard, which can be used should you so choose. There is a back, private entrance for the apartment that would be used by who rents the room. The kitchen and the bathroom are shared spaces, and expected to be maintained and respected. The apartment has shared laundry on site, for your use as well. The apartment does have a small dog, so applicants must be dog friendly! :) But of course, the dog does not have to go in your room if you prefer to keep it out of your space.
