I purchased the home in 2012 and since then I have paved and extended the driveway, added new sidewalks, painted the exterior, all new garage door system with windows. All new items include water heater, sump pump, carpet, microwave, dishwasher, stove/range, washer & dryer. Also replaced furnace (80% efficient to 96.7%) and central air (8 SEER to 16 SEER). Will put in new landscaping in the front this fall.
