It is a log house constructed by my late husband. As such, it retains heat in the winter, and stays cool in the summer heat. It has two sets of stairways, one spiral, and one regular. Two of the bedrooms are huge. One has a bathroom attached, with the sink separate from the shower and toilet. There is managed fencing with gates in front and back, easy to get a tractor or truck in and out.The trees are nicely trimmed, and the lawn has been "mowed" by the goats. New A.C/heating unit downstairs. New dishwasher, washer, and dryer. Finally, last but not least, a $30,000 solar panel installation which saves money on electricity!
