    I bought this house new in 2001, it was built by Citrus Hills Construction on just under 1 acre. The lot next door is vacant. There are only three lots on the street. The house has 3-4 bedrooms and 2 and a half bathrooms. I have installed 2 natural gas fireplaces, one in the family room and 1 in the master bedroom. I recently completed a full kitchen renovation/upgrade, purchasing the cabinets and granite tops through Dream Kitchens, Crystal River. The flooring is tile, hardwood, and carpet. The family room, dining room, and living room carpet have been replaced with hardwood flooring. It has a large family room and eat-in kitchen, a dining room, and a living room that overlooks the lanai and pool. It has a den/office which could serve as an extra bedroom. I have replaced the water heater with an exterior natural gas tank-less unit. The 10,000-gallon pool and spillway spa have been resurfaced with a Diamond Bright quartz finish. The pool has solar heat and a variable speed pump and a built-in cleaning system. The Lania was extended and has a built-in natural gas BBQ/Grill with storage drawers, cupboard, waste bin, and lighted vent hood. The Lanai surface was upgraded in 2019 to pavers. The house is not overlooked on the South (pool) side.
