Information about the property: Room is approximatly150 sq.ft. and closet includes organizer shelving and drawers system. The location is minutes from the 60 and 57 Fwy and less than 10 minutes from ANYWHERE you want to be. Hiking trails just a short walk away in beautiful Summitridge Park. Just a few miles from Mt. SAC San Antonio and Cal Poly Colleges. Amenities include: * Private swimming pool / spa with built in BBQ Grille. Lots of beautiful tropical plants and trees on property. * Fast internet! Stream whatever you want, whenever you want, we don't care! * Only Light cooking in kitchen allowed. Rent covers all utilities gas, water, electricity, internet. Nothing else to pay. 6 month minimum lease with a month to month afterwards.
