This is a perfect starter home with three bedrooms and an eat-in kitchen. This was the first home we have ever owned and it was perfect for our new family. Now that my sons are growing up, we need a bit more space, but we'll miss our first home. Neighborhood Description This is a neighborhood of new families. During the summer, the sounds are of children laughing and playing and adults mowing lawns. In the fall, you hear the leaf blowers & childen waiting for the bus in the morning then running and playing in the afternoons. It's a wonderful place to raise a family. Everyone looks out for everyone else without being nosy.
