You also have your own parking spot in the garage, shared laundry room, kitchen and living/dining room. Don't worry, the female roommate in her late 20s promises not to hog all the hot water and her animals are very friendly and clean. We are looking for a one year signed lease agreement from our renter. This is a smoke free house so please no smoking cigarettes, weed, etc. There is a $150 non refundable pet deposit if you plan on bringing a pet. Utilities vary throughout the year. Because this is Arizona utilities are higher in the summer to keep up with the air conditioning needs and being indoors more often and lower in the winter.
