I'm trying to get google maps to put a picture of my home on the map. The light green house is not mine. My house is cream colored and my detached two story garage is clearly visable from the street. The property has been updated gradually over the 40 years I have lived here. Major remodeling began in 1981.

The second floor is an oh wow,moment. The huge main bedroom has lush curl your toes carpet. A large well lit walking in closet covers the length of the room. The en suite has heated tile floors, that run into the large shower too. No tiny unusable sinks here. Everything was designed with function and then beauty in mind. All custom low energy lighting is found throughout the home. The newly installed heat pump electric hot water heater delivers hot water instantly throughout the home. No waiting no wasting. Download the app and adjust it from afar, the new LG tower washer and dryer and much of the lighting is remotely controlled. Wired Ring doorbell and exterior lights and cameras gives extra security. It's nice being able to talk to my lawn guy even when I'm on the other side of the world. The motion detection is great.
The roofs were replaced 5 years ago The sewer lines were replaced in 2021. The gas lines from the meter throughout the home and garage were all replaced in the last 5 years. Few people think about these things until they break. It costs big bucks, I fixed it all and lived to tell about it. All these improvements have been done because this has been my forever home. Last fall I added a
