The downstairs apartment is fully furnished and includes a private living room area, bathroom, kitchenette with everything necessary for living other than a stove and dishwasher, full sized refrigerator, and floor access to onsite laundry & storage. Tenant's and their visitors will utilize the left side of the driveway for off street parking. There is a full sized kitchen at the top of the stairs, a backyard patio with BBQ pit, and a gym in the garage the tenant can use at their will. The tenant is to use the garage door opener and entrance when entering and exiting. However, the tenant will be provided a front door code in case of emergency. Wi-Fi is provided and utilities included in your monthly rent. Lease terms are dependent on either long or short term renter. Currently accepting tenants for the private downstairs apartment, not the entire house. I've hosted tenants anywhere from 30 days to six months, mostly nurses, and a times they've brought pets - cats & dogs. Lease and background check will be initiated after pursuing interest. Tenants always have the option to extend their lease or go month-to-month until they figure out their next steps.
