Older single-wide home with central heat/air - never used the furnace, but use the A/C all the time. All appliances stays with the home (TV's, refrigerator, stove, ovens, washer, dryer, camera's, etc), personal items will be removed. If you want something in the pictures that could be considered personal, please ask for it - we are not going to leave you with a mess, but want to take as little as possible. You will be renting the lot itself from the park - it's currently $375.00/month plus water/sewer usage (average $25-40/month).
