Copy of the renter's insurance policy must be provided at the time of move-in. - Access Related to Development of Premises: The property is being rented by a local builder who intends to develop the property after the lease ends. Tenant acknowledges that the Landlord is pursuing permits and other entitlements for the future development of the Premises and may periodically request access to the premises (typically outside), with proper notice, for this purpose. - The lease term is fixed and firm at one year.
