TEXT ME ONLYHello,I am moving and have a room for rent in Midwood, Brooklyn. Its a quiet well-lit family neighborhood literally a 2 minute walk from the Ave J train station on the Q line. You can also transfer to the B train two stops away, and the F train is about a 10-15 minutes walk. It takes about 25 minutes to get to midtown Manhattan. There is plenty of shopping, laundry and restaurants in the area too. Numerous health food stores just a couple blocks away as well as a Walgreens, Dunkin Donuts and a 7/11. In additions its also on the same block as DiFara Pizza featured on food network.The apt is very quiet, clean and spacious with a balcony. You hardly ever see the neighbors above or below you, much less hear them. The kitchen is massive with a double basin sink and pantry. The entire apartment is always toasty warm in the winter and every single room has multiple windows for a refreshing breeze during the summer. The bathroom has a dual shower head with incredible water pressure that never needs to heat up. There are no pests and the property owners are very nice and attentive if there ever is any issues. One roommate is a 26 year-old guy from Miami. He works as a barista and dabbles in photography as well as yoga. The other guy is a 26 year-old Brooklyn native whom is a friendly video gamer. Both smoke on occasion but there is no lingering smell whatsoever. They are very respectful and pretty much stay to themselves.The room has a 15 foot tall ceiling and is fully furnished with a queen sized bed and entertainment center. The closet is huge and there is lots of light from the windows. There is WiFi included but no cable. The move-in date is December 1st. First month's rent and security deposit are required upon moving in. Looking for long term tenant but short term is also an option.
