very small and cozy. lots of windows to give the feeling of a roomy space downstairs. entry from garage is tight....getting into the home. powder room and guest closet are right inside the door as you come into the house from the garage, making for the tight feel. stairs leading to second floor are also there..the powder room has a lower ceiling due to the staircase. living room and dining room are one. there is room for a loveseat and two small armed chairs in the living room area. the dining area has a 42 inch square table with four chairs and it is a tight space. the kitchen is spacious with sliding door to back yard covered slab which is approx. 4X6. stone backyard. upstairs: at top of stairs there is an alcove-like space for computer table and file cabinet. front master bedroom, closet and bath are the most spacious rooms of the house. the laundry is upstairs as well. the master bedroom in back of the house fits a queen bed and dresser. sliding door to outside balcony. the back master bath has garden tub and stand up shower, also a walk-in closet. there is not much in the way of storage in the house. the garage is small for a single home making it hard to sit in two cars but it is doable.
