Enter through the front door and to the left you will find Bedroom #1 with a Queen Bed. There is entry to Bathroom 1 that has a shower. This bathroom also has entry from the hallway. Down the hall you will enjoy open concept living- the kitchen offers granite counters, stainless appliances, a breakfast bar with 2 stools and a dining table with chairs. There is a sitting area with gas fireplace and Flat Screen TV. Off of this room are sliders to the back deck with a dining table, chairs, umbrella and gas grill where you can have a barbecue and take in the views of the sparkling waters of Perch Pond. At the top of the stairs is another family area (loft) with seating, gas fireplace and Flat Screen TV. On this level is Bedroom #2 with a Queen Bed. Bathroom #2 with a Tub/Shower has entry from both the hallway and from the bedroom. There is a washer and dryer in the hall for your convenience. On the lower level is a large family area with seating, Daybed that sleeps 2+ TV and a game area. Be spoiled in luxury in this spacious Chatham rental! No Smoking and No Pets Please! This is a Saturday - Saturday Rental in Peak Summer Season with a 7 day minimum. Ask us about shorter off season stays. Linens such as bed sheets, bath towels and bath mats can be rented through our linen/concierge services. Please ask our guest specialists for details. To confirm a reservation: For reservations made over 60 days awayyou can make 2 payments 50% deposit plus a $125 process fee with reservation and then the final balance is due 60 days prior to arrival. We accept Master card and Visa for payment. Departure Cleaning and Accidental Damage Protection (up to $1500) are included with your reservation. There are no extra fees. This is a summer rental only. Available on a weekly basis from Saturday to Saturday. Rental dates open are from May 2 - Oct 31.
