We have a nice 3 bedroom, 3 bathroom twinhome in the Windchime neighborhood of Scripps Ranch, which is behind the "new" Vons on Scripps Poway Parkway. The house is approximately 1800 square feet and sits on a cul de sac, within walking distance of the Vons Shopping Center and Dingman Elementary School. We have had wonderful tenants in the house for the last five years but sadly they have decided to purchase a house nearby so we are looking for another great family to call our place home. We are flexible on the lease term but probably a year or two. The rent is $3900/month and includes the HOA fee, garbage, and yard maintenance. Tenants pay their own utilities.
