(Service animals with proper paperwork excluded) Credit and background checks required on all adult occupants will be done. Rent is $1,000.00 a month. Deposit is $1000.00. First month, Last month, and deposit are due upon signing the 12 month lease via cashier's check,money order, or cash. Tenants will also be responsible for utilities (Electric and water). We will hold an open house on Saturday, November 1st from 9 A.M. until 4 P.M. This will be the only time in which to come look at this property. We will not make special arrangements for viewing.
