2000 square foot brick home in a quiet neighborhood. This house was remodeled about a year ago with new range, range ho od and dishwasher. We do not allow pets of any kind. (Service animals with proper paperwork excluded) Credit and background checks required on all adult occupants will be done. Rent is $1,000.00 a month. Deposit is $1000.00. First month, Last month, and deposit are due upon signing the 12 month lease via cashier's check,money order, or cash. Tenants will also be responsible for utilities (Electric and water).
