The private patio attached to the apartment is so nice to sit and chill on the summer or light fall day. The South facing side brings in SO MUCH natural light and tucked at the corner of the building so you're away from the street or elevator noise. There is a beautiful rooftop access with plenty of seating and BBQ access views of downtown Manhattan up to Empire State Building. The basement level has a bike storage room, a smaller gym (two flatscreens, two treads, two benches, a bike, plenty of weights, and a weight machine), and laundry room (one flatscreen, $2.25 per load). The main entrance floor has a common area to work or read or host your friends (one huge flatscreen), there are elevator and stairs access (walk up to the 5th floor just fine), and there is a private package room (I order a lot from Amazon and never had a problem with my packages).
