The laundry room is very spacious and will be a great space to get all those chores done while enjoying the view out the window onto the redwood grove. The downstairs bathroom also features a shower over tub and two sinks. An additional bonus for this home is the separate office located in a separate structure across the way from the kitchen, the perfect space for a home office. This office offers additional storage as well. The area above the office is used by the owners for storage. The home has forced air heating, A/C and a cozy wood burning stove in the living room. Also located on the property is a storage shed. The property is over 1/3 of an acre and has no garage, but a very spacious driveway with room for at least four cars. The home is on a septic system, propane for cooking and heating, as well as an instant hot water heater and water softener system.
