I have thoroughly enjoyed my time here but I am moving away due to a job and need to leave before my lease is up. This lease goes until 7/16/2021. The price is locked in at $2,344 per month. Currently the complex is charging $2,488 per month on their other vacant 2 bedroom units. Additionally, you will inherit my security deposit of $1,000 on the account and therefore not need to pay a deposit at all! Note, if your credit needs work, the complex will charge you a supplemental deposit of $500. If you want to live in this complex, this is the best deal you will find. Additionally, my upstairs neighbors are the best I have ever had. Very considerate and do not make any noise!
