This house is in an amazing neighborhood that people say Hello and invite you over for a BBQ. In normal years there are neighborhood happy hours, parties, dinners etc. 3 Bedroom, 2 Bathroom, oversized 2 car garage. Granite counters, hardwood floors, updated kitchen. Fenced in back yard (pets welcome), plenty of room if you want chickens. Really nice raised garden beds. Lake access is for non-motorized usage (SUP, Kayak, fishing and swimming). Must sign and agree to Lake rules. Space to store your camper or RV. We are moving to a different house in the neighborhood so I will continue to use the detached shop and back lot for storage. We want this to be a friendly situation for everyone involved. Renter responsible for all utilities (Water, Gas/Electric, Trash, Internet/Cable). Last months rent due at signing.
