Utilities (PGE, water, trash, wifi) are split between the roommates. The house: 2400 sq ft home with a large backyard with many mature orange trees. It is in a nice, quiet neighborhood with great neighbors. The house is 1.6 miles (5min) from LLNL and Sandia. It is also within walking distance of downtown and it is very close to hiking trails, Del Valle, wineries, etc. There is a driveway and plenty of street parking. The common spaces (kitchen, living room, dining room, backyard) in the house are furnished. Washer, dryer, and dishwasher on site and open for all roommates to use.
