Very clean and very new. Very private and quiet with neighbors pretty far away, except the main house where owner lives. Up a steep gravel road so all wheel drive vehicle is very important. Close to Woodland Park and 15 minutes from Manitou. All utilities are included. 6 month minimum lease. 12 month preferred. No more than two people. No smoking. Interior maintenance needs to at a high level. One pet only and we need to discuss that in detail.
