This is an independent unit with a wooden fence and bamboo to create a private backyard setting. Rental price INCLUDES all utilizes; wifi, ROKU, propane, electric, trash, cleaning fee. Totally furnished (no personal furniture allowed), queen bed, full kitchen. Serene back yard with bamboo. Will need to water a bit come Spring/Summer. Will rent on month-to-month basis....great for someone searching elsewhere for a permanent residence (longest rental is 3 months). Normally this is rented through airbnb. We are specifically looking for month-long renter is April-May-June time, but if you want to rent it previous to that, it is available. Month to month only. Through airbnb (they charge a small fee) so there is no security deposit.
