This is a small house good for a rental. there is currently a renter in it and pays $400 a month. They have been notified of the sale. If it is purchased as a rental, you will already have a renter if wanted. The hose comes with a propane tank. The roof and siding along with new widows were done around 10 to 15 years ago, also upgraded electrical box.
I purchased the house from my dad's estate in 2024 and have had the renters since then. I am selling it because of the distance i live from it. if anyone is interested i have the dead and am looking for just a simple sale as is.
