There is a small studio in back that will be owners use & will not be accessible to lessee/renter. $35 application fee each adult over 18 yes.. Tenant must agree to a credit and background check, tenant must also obtain and maintain Renters rental Insurance. No smoking on property. Max 2 pets dog or cat with a $250 non refundable pet fee. First months rent & Deposit is equal to one month's rent due before move in. Tenant responsible for all utilities and must maintain yard. Must keep inside/out home clean and free of trash.
