2 story house, 2 large bedrooms with 2 large closets each and attic storage behind them. A brand new full bath is upstairs (EVERYTHING is new- toilet, vanity, lights, shower/bath, towel rods, etc). The floor and shower are a woodgrain tile. There is a skylight above the stairs. Downstairs is an office with french style doors and the room could work as a small bedroom, living room with a fireplace, large built in bookshelves, sliding door outside to the large back deck with a storage area connected to it. Eat in kitchen (however the living room is large enough that we considered placing the dinning table in it near the sliding door). The yard is just about 1.5 acres, some of it is wooded with a trail that leads to a creek. This is a very family friendly area and is a quiet neighborhood! There is a playground nearby with a half basket ball court. The house is available mid-September. We would like to rent to someone who is interested in a long term lease- about 2 years. (no smoking) Tenant responsible for utilities.
