Turn of the century home with a whole lot of character. Three bedrooms with two full baths. The house includes a half acre lot (huge for West Asheville!). Owners will pay for trash collection. Renters are responsible for electrical, gas and other monthly utilities. All renters and occupants of home must be listed on lease. Occupancy is limited to 2 persons per large bed room and 1 per small bedroom (5 persons total). There is a non-refundable deposit for pets per year (200 dollars per dog; 100 dollars per cat). A one or two year leasing option is available. Personal checks only are accepted. A security deposit equal to one month s rent is due prior to start of lease which will be held in a separate bank account by the property owners. The deposit will be returned to the tenets after deductions have been made that account for any damages done to the property. The security deposit may not be used for the last month s rent. A late fee of $50 will be applied if rent is greater than seven days late. A bounced or returned check will result in a $25 fee. All illegal activities are not permitted on the property. The tenant is responsible for keeping the rental premises clean and sanitary and to pay for any damage caused by his or her abuse or neglect. If any dangerous or defective issues arise involving the property should arise the tenets should notify the owner immediately. If repairs are needed, the owner will notify the tenets prior to the work. Tenets may not alter or repair the house.
