The central feature of the home's interior is a double fireplace, one side facing the kitchen and dining area and the other side facing the livingroom. It burns wood and has an ash receptacle located beneath it. The kitchen has an island in the middle for convenience in cooking and eating. The dining area is adjacent to the kitchen area. A central hallway connects the three bedrooms and the bathroom. The bath/stool area is separated from the sink area by a sliding door. A sliding door also connects the master bedroom to the bathroom. There are two sinks, side by side. The bathtub is a combination tub/shower. The basement is the same size as the main floor. It has a support wall running the full length of the room, down the center. This wall creates a rec. room of fifteen feet by forty feet. It has a finished ceiling. There is a full kitchen with a finished ceiling, and large folding-door storage areas. The furnace room is located between the kitchen and the full bathroom. The bathroom with a shower also contains the washer and natural gas clothes dryer. Off the bathroom is a large room which can be used as a bedroom or storage room. The water softener is located in an area behind the bathroom.
