Washer and dryer are accessible and are shared with the tenant in the B or Basement Unit. The apartment is L shaped with the bedroom on one end, and an area suitable to be set up as an office at the other end of the unit. The door has keyless entry with a touchpad. The best part of this listing is the outdoor gazebo with a seating area and TV, perfect for cheering on your Tigers. We prefer a 1 year rental agreement, but will agree to 9-10 months.
