Monthly income must be at least 3 times the amount of rent. $2600 income required for this rental 2. Security deposit is the same as the rent, $875. Can pay half deposit at lease and make payments on the other half. 3. Renter responsible for all utilities and yard maintenance. 4. If no rental history, first and last month's rent will be required before moving in. 5. We do allow pets with an extra $400 pet deposit PER PET. We do not accept pit bulls.
