Pets are allowed with a one time, upfront and non-refundable pet fee of $350 per pet in the leased premises. There is a weight limit of 50 lbs per pet. Felines must be spayed/neutered. In addition, a monthly pet fee of $35 per pet shall be added to the rent. ESA/Service animals are allowed with proper documentation from current physician and the additional vet/pet records. Pet deposit and pet rent are waived if these requirements are met. Only one ESA/Service animal allowed per tenant. A deposit the equivalent of one months rent will be required.
