The unit also includes off street, a private deck and a zen garden with water features. The landlord also has chickens and if the tenant would like will share fresh eggs. This unit is less than 10 minutes from downtown historic Wilmington and close to Cargo District as well as Soda Pop District. The landlord and her husband live onsite. The unit is located behind their home, however, there is a large parking area between landlord's home and the tenant's unit. Owner pays for water, electric and cable. This will be a month to month lease. Landlord will give Tenant 30 days notice if Lease needs to be terminated.
