OUR THOUGHTS: Well, we absolutely die over this space. It is so beautiful. The original flooring, tall ceiling, skylight, exposed brick, antique ceiling lamps, and every small detail ads to the charm of the loft. Typically charm means small. In this case, not so much...as the loft is about 1,650sqft. It is HUGE. All 3 bedrooms are sizable. All have more then enough closet space. The unit has direct elevator access and more then enough windows, letting in plenty of natural sunlight.THE LOCATION: Doesnt get much better. The building stands on North 3rd Street, just past Wythe Avenue. A few minutes in any direction will get a resident to the East River Park, Ferry, Bedford L Train stop, and an endless supply of amazing restaurants, shops, and bars. While this location and loft may be a suitable home for a couple with children, it is absolutely the perfect match for 3 roommates looking for a unique place to call home. Need space? You can comfortably have a large living room set up, office space, AND 8 person dining table in the main room, with adequate room for more. Great find, even for the $.
